Born 1350 in Besford, Worcestershire. Child of Alexander Besford and his first wife, probably a coheiress of the Lench family of Rous Lench, Worcestershire.
Married Thomas Throckmorton, a neighbour of her father at Fladbury. In 1411 Thomas and Agnes sold the manor of Throckmorton to John Besford, clerk, and Robert Whittington, as described in Besfords in the late medieval period.
Died in 1428 in Fladbury, Worcestershire, England, aged 78 years.
